Felipe is the founder and President of APOYO. He has been Peruvian Ambassador to the United States of America, as well as full professor and President of Universidad del Pacífico, and President of Transparencia Civil Association. He is member of the boards of several companies and institutions. He has received the Hipolito Unanue Award for Outstanding Economic Merit in 2011, the Manuel J. Bustamante de la Fuente Award in 2008, the Jerusalem Journalism Award in 1998, and the IPAE Award in 1990.
He is an Industrial Engineer from the National Engineering University (UNI, for its acronym in Spanish) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Systems Analysis from the University of Rochester, NY. He is also a graduate of the Owner-President program of Harvard Business School.
Gianfranco is the managing partner of APOYO Consultoría and the president of the board of directors of AC Capitales SAFI. He is also member of the boards of directors of several private companies and institutions in Peru, as well as non-profit institutions. Formerly, he has been a board member of Peru’s Central Reserve Bank.
He is a bachelor in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University.
His main responsibility is the Infrastructure, Utilities and Natural Resources Investment Fund. He is also a member of the boards of directors and management committees of several companies of that fund’s portfolio, and an independent director of two Peruvian companies.
Previously, during 11 years, he held senior positions in subsidiaries of Credicorp Ltd. (NYSE: BAP), such as Head of Corporate Finance and Corporate Banking at Banco de Credito del Peru and General Manager of the Atlantic Security Bank, where he gained broad experience in finance, investment and asset management.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Chicago University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Prior to this position, he was an economist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Washington, D.C.; Manager of the Competition & Regulation and the Telecommunications business units of APOYO Consultoria between 1998-2003; General Manager and Economic Studies Manager of the Peruvian telecommunications regulator (Osiptel); and Vice-President of the Free Competition Commission at the National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property.
He is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico with a Ph.D. degree in Applied Economics from Oklahoma State University.
Geoffrey leads the Economic Consulting division of APOYO Consultoria since 2008.
She is responsible for the definition and execution of the firm’s real estate investments strategy with delivered assets under management for over US$ 260 millions. As Director of Investments for Real Estate Fund 1, she led the structuring of the firm’s Real Estate Funds 2 and 3. She holds the position of director in the companies and executive committees of portfolio’s investments, and is a member of the real estate fund investment committees.
Previously, she was the commercial manager at Cálidda, the natural gas distribution company that supplies the city of Lima, part of the SUEZ Group.
She holds an MBA from Escuela Adolfo Ibañez and is economist graduated from Universidad del Pacífico.

As General Manager of AC Capitales SAFI, he is in charge of structuring and closing all of the firm’s investment funds. He has played a leading role in all of the investments and divestments of the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Previously, he worked as Project Director of the Corporate Finance area of APOYO Consultoria and led various investment banking projects in privatization and concession processes.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.

Vincent is an expert in economic analysis relative to free competition, regulation, and arbitration cases. He has a valuable experience in demand estimations, regulatory impact analysis, risk diagnosis and compliance with free competition rules, evaluation of financial sustainability, among other topics. He acts as an expert witness before regulatory authorities and arbitral tribunals. He is a former senior consultant at Oxera Consulting in London. He is a post-graduate professor at Universidad del Pacífico, has been a post-graduate professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and has taught at the Indecopi and Ositran university extension courses.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, and Finance from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

He is partner and principal economist of APOYO Consultoria. Leads the macroeconomic analysis team of the Business Advisory Service (SAE) . He is an expert in the fields of macroeconomics, economic policies, labor market, and economic forecasts. In addition, he runs APOYO’s Political Proposals publication (Propuestas de Política), an initiative that seeks to identify concrete measures to understand the problems that have an impact in the country’s development. Formerly, he was an Economic Growth Policy Analyst at the Peruvian Central Bank.
He is an economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master’s degree from New York University. He has followed specialized studies in emerging countries’ international finance, statistics, and public services regulation.

Víctor currently leads the specialized team for industry analysis of APOYO Consultoria’s Business Advisory Service (SAE, for its acronym in Spanish). He prepares studies and presentations regarding industry outlooks based on rigorous quantitative analysis with high qualitative value for Peru’s most important companies and foreign investors interested in the Peruvian market. He has undertaken several demand estimations and impact assessments for multiple sectors.

Raúl is an expert in development economics, institutional economics, and impact assessments with econometric techniques. He has extensive experience in research projects, impact assessments, and monitoring and evaluation of social programs. He is a former consultant of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the International Labor Organization (ILO). He has also been a research fellow at the Center for the New Institutional Sciences in the U.S.A., and both an undergraduate and post-graduate professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, Universidad del Pacífico, and Washington University.
He is an economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. degree from Washington University.

He is Vice President of Corporate Finance. He has led and participated in mergers and acquisitions processes, feasibility studies, capital raising and debt issues (+20 mandates) in Latin America, the United States and Europe, working with the main banking groups, insurers, private equity and FinTech in the mentioned geographies.
He worked at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division within the Group of Financial Institutions in the London and New York offices as well as in the Financial Stability division of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru and the Economic Studies division in the Superintendency of Insurance Banking and AFP. He has been a professor at Universidad del Pacífico, a teaching fellow at Harvard University and is an ambassador of the One Young World program.

She is a member of the senior team of the real estate funds of AC Capitales SAFI, with four years of experience in the team. Its main responsibility lies with Real Estate Fund 2 and the execution of the portfolio exit strategy. She participated in the structuring of the FIRBI AC Capitales Renta, the first fund of the firm aimed at natural persons, as well as in the first debt operation of an investment fund in Peru.

She is macroeconomic analysis chief of the Business Advisory Service (SAE). She has experience in monetary and fiscal policy, foreign trade, international finance, foreign exchange policy and external sustainability. Previously, she worked in the Central Reserve Bank of Peru as Head of Balance of Payments Statistics and, previously, as an analyst in the Monetary Policy Sub-Directorate.
She is an economist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science. In addition, she has conducted specialization studies in monetary policy models, financial programming and econometric methods.

She has more than 10 years of experience in the development of marketing strategies, brand management, and launching of new products at a regional level, as well as in corporate communication.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (Peruvian University of Applied Studies) and a Master’s degree in Advertising and Corporate Communication from ESIC Business & Marketing School (Spain). Claudia has more than 18 years of experience advising clients in corporate, company law, and tax issues. She is in charge of drafting contracts and minutes and giving legal advice with respect to public bidding processes, bank guarantees, tax audits, as well as processes before public institutions such as the National Registry of Suppliers (RNP, for its acronym in Spanish), the Supervising Agency of Government Procurement (OSCE, for its acronym in Spanish), and the Securities Market Regulator (SMV, for its acronym in Spanish).
Prior to joining APOYO Consultoria, she was a senior attorney at the Legal and Tax Advisory division at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
She has a Law Degree from Universidad de Lima and she is member of the Lima Bar Association.

Susana has wide experience in human resource and business management. She is the Administration and Development Manager of APOYO Consultoría, where she is in charge of talent management: selection and retention, skills training and development; welfare and work environment; internal and external communication. In addition, she is responsible for the management of resources related to offices, information systems and administrative support.
She holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Piura and IESE, as well as a degree in industrial engineer from the Universidad de Lima.

Previously, she has been Marketing Manager of Divemotor and General Motors Peru. Previously, she worked at Shell Lubricantes del Perú, Pharmacia Interamerican Corp and Coca-Cola.
