Felipe is the founder and President of the APOYO Group. He has been Peruvian Ambassador to the United States of America, as well as full professor and President of Universidad del Pacífico. At present, he is President of Transparencia Civil Association and member of the boards of several companies and institutions. He has received the Hipolito Unanue Award for Outstanding Economic Merit in 2011, the Manuel J. Bustamante de la Fuente Award in 2008, the Jerusalem Journalism Award in 1998, and the IPAE Award in 1990.

She has more than 19 years of professional experience. She is responsible for Multirenta Real Estate Investment Fund (FIMI). She led the structuring and placement of Real Estate Fund II, and the first operation of indebtedness of an investment fund in Peru (December 2010). She has been a member of directories and is a full member of the executive committees of the investment portfolio.
She was business manager of the company's distribution of natural gas in Lima (Cálidda). Previously, she worked as a consultant for APOYO Consultoria between 1996 and 2003.

Raúl is an expert in development economics, institutional economics, and impact assessments with econometric techniques. He has also been a research fellow at the Center for the New Institutional Sciences in the U.S.A., and both an undergraduate and post-graduate professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, Universidad del Pacífico, and Washington University.

With over 7 years of experience in real estate investments, she is the team leader for the analysis and monitoring of investments of the Multi-yield Real Estate Investment Fund (FIMI). Previously, she was an internal strategic planning and financial analysis consultant in companies in the health and education sector. She has also worked in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur), where she was a member of the negotiation teams for the free trade agreements with Chile, Singapore, Mexico, Thailand, and the Andean Community.

She has experience in monetary and fiscal policy, foreign trade, international finance, foreign exchange policy and external sustainability. Claudia has more than 18 years of experience advising clients in corporate, company law, and tax issues. She is in charge of drafting contracts and minutes and giving legal advice with respect to public bidding processes, bank guarantees, tax audits, as well as processes before public institutions such as the National Registry of Suppliers (RNP, for its acronym in Spanish), the Supervising Agency of Government Procurement (OSCE, for its acronym in Spanish), and the Securities Market Regulator (SMV, for its acronym in Spanish).
Prior to joining APOYO Consultoria, she was a senior attorney at the Legal and Tax Advisory division at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
