He is Vice President of Corporate Finance. He has led and participated in mergers and acquisitions processes, feasibility studies, capital raising and debt issues (+20 mandates) in Latin America, the United States and Europe, working with the main banking groups, insurers, private equity and FinTech in the mentioned geographies.
He worked at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division within the Group of Financial Institutions in the London and New York offices as well as in the Financial Stability division of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru and the Economic Studies division in the Superintendency of Insurance Banking and AFP. He has been a professor at Universidad del Pacífico, a teaching fellow at Harvard University and is an ambassador of the One Young World program.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Financial Risk Manager - Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) certification and a bachelor’s degree in Economy from Universidad del Pacífico.
