Development Intern (selection)

Area: Development

Reports to: Administrative and Development Manager / Senior Development Analyst

Duties

– Publishes job ads and offers in different recruiting sources.
– Actively seeks candidates to participate in selection processes.
– Evaluates candidates and applies psychometric and projective tests.
– Supports the organization of group evaluations.
– Supports the coordination and continuous improvement of selection and training processes.
– Searches for data and manages databases.

Education

– Psychology majors or students in similar programs who are currently in their seventh to ninth semester of studies.

Experience:

– Not essential. Desirable in areas of personnel selection or human resources.

Knowledge

– Intermediate MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
