Commercial strategy


Business expansion and internationalization in Latin America is a growth path for companies. Through our Internationalization service, we help organizations analyze their feasibility of expansion to different markets in the region and identify growth opportunities in the market identified as a potential destination.

We have a 3-phase methodology:

  • Analysis of the business environment: We evaluate the environment in which the company would compete when entering a new country, taking into account the political, macroeconomic, social, labor, tax and legal context.
  • Market analysis: We identify and analyze supply and demand, understanding in depth the consumer and suppliers, as support for the decision to enter the new market.
  • Development of the business plan: We prepare the market entry strategy from the definition of the business model —commercial, operational and administrative— to the projection of financial variables, which will allow us to estimate the return.
