Luis Miguel is a manager at APOYO Consultoría with more than 18 years of experience in business development, strategic consulting, and organizational development. His main areas of expertise are business development, strategic planning, cultural transformation, change management, leadership development, corporate learning, and building high-performance teams. He has led organizational transformation and strengthening projects for companies and institutions across diverse sectors in Peru and abroad.

Education

Luis Miguel holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, where he received the Robert Maes Award. He has also completed executive studies at Stanford University and Georgetown University, as well as specializations in neuroeducation and ontological coaching.
