About Natalia

She has more than twelve years of experience in corporate strategy and public-sector decision-making, both in Peru and internationally. She has held key positions in the public sector, including Chief of Staff at the Office of the President of Peru and PMO for the Lima 2019 Pan American Games, as well as in the private sector, where she led the Peruvian operations of a multinational engineering company.

Education

She pursued MBA studies at Yale University and studied political economy and German at Williams College. She specializes in complex multi-stakeholder programs, political economy, change management, and navigating highly uncertain environments.
