  • Definition of the operating model on which to base the commercial proposition
  • Evaluation of the economic/financial prefeasibility model and the business’s present value using the discounted cash flow method
  • Scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Identification of main business risks
  • Definition of the implementation plan
