About Bárbara

Bárbara is the Talent Manager at APOYO Consultoría. She has more than 13 years of experience in people management, in consulting and retail companies. She has extensive expertise in recruitment and selection, strategic learning, performance management, and people management. Previously, she served as Country Lead Talent Supervisor at Deloitte Peru.

Education

Graduated in Administration from the University of Piura specialized in Strategic Management of the Human Factor from the Graduate School of the UPC.
