About Carlos

Carlos is a project director in the Sustainability and Public Policies unit. He has over eight years of experience in the design and implementation of public policy assessment systems. He has executed and coordinated research and consulting projects in the agriculture, education, water and sanitation, innovation, and social development sectors, among others. He has also taken part in the design and management of complex fieldwork, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, workshops, and more.

Education

Carlos holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and a Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
