About Vasco

He is a senior associate in Corporate Finance at APOYO Consultoría, a member firm of Oaklins’ global network in Peru. Among the recent M&A transactions he has worked on are the advisory to Pesquera Exalmar on the acquisition of Pesquera Centinela, the sale of 100% of Grupo Sole’s shares to Rinnai Corporation, and the sale of a Peruvian industrial company to an international strategic buyer.

He has also participated in transactions across the fishing, mining, agricultural, industrial, and services sectors, among others. He has experience in financial advisory, valuations, and corporate reorganizations. His main engagements include the preparation of a fairness opinion for the shareholders of Cartavio S.A.A. in connection with its merger by absorption with Empresa Agrícola Sintuco S.A., as well as the analysis of liquidity alternatives for companies across different sectors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
