About Carlos

Carlos is a project director with the Economic Consulting unit at APOYO Consultoría. He has over ten years of experience in economic analysis in areas such as regulation, arbitration, economic damage assessment, demand estimation, results-based management, and public policy analysis. Previously, he worked at Intelfin, the Peruvian Prime Minister’s Office, and the Peruvian Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Fund Management Companies. He has also been a consultant to the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as a teacher of undergraduate courses at Universidad del Pacífico.

Education

Carlos holds a Master’s in Public Administration and International Development from Harvard University and a Master’s in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, where he also obtained his Bachelor’s in Economics.
