About Nicolás

He is a senior associate in the Economic Consulting practice. He has more than five years of professional experience in competition analysis, disputes, and regulatory impact assessment. He has executed and coordinated projects aimed at evaluating the effects on competition of merger and acquisition transactions in Peru and abroad. He has also participated in national and international arbitration proceedings through the application of qualitative and quantitative techniques. His experience covers the banking, logistics, consumer goods, hydrocarbons, energy, mining, water, and sanitation sectors, among others.

Economist from the University of Piura (Peru), with a specialized certification in merger competition effects analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics (Spain).
