About Luz María

Luz María is the Senior Vice-President of Real Estate Investment at AC Capitales. She has been a member of the senior real estate funds team at AC Capitales SAFI for the past four years. She is primarily responsible for the Fondo Inmobiliario 2 fund and the execution of the portfolio exit strategy. She took part in the structuring of FIRBI AC Capitales Renta, the firm’s first fund aimed at individuals, as well as the first debt operation by an investment fund in Peru.
Previously, she worked on the finance team of Trafigura Group in Latin America, Europe, and Africa.

Education

Luz María holds a Bachelor’s in Administration from Universidad de Piura.
