About Ursula

Ursula is the Legal and Compliance Manager at AC Capitales. She has over thirteen years of experience in different areas of law, with a focus on comprehensive advisory services for national and multinational companies in their day-to-day activities and complex structures, as well as the oversight of legal and compliance departments with the goal of incorporating a legal analysis into decision-making processes, facilitating strategic solutions for risk mitigation, legal compliance, and added value in the company’s management and its business dealings.

Previously, she was a senior partner at the law firms of Osterling Abogados and Estudio Olaechea.

Ursula is an attorney-at-law graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
