About Vincent

Vincent is a partner at APOYO Consultoría and the leader of the Economic Consulting unit. He specializes in analysis for economic damage quantification and antitrust law. He has experience in preparing expert economic and damage reports in several sectors, including transportation infrastructure, retail, industry, health care, and energy, among others. He acts as an expert witness before arbitration courts and various regulatory authorities. He was previously a senior consultant at Oxera Consulting in London. He is a professor of graduate courses at Universidad Pacífico, and previously taught graduate courses at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. He has lectured in university extension courses for the Peruvian Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) and the Supervisory Board for Investment in Public Transportation Infrastructure (Ositran).

Vincent holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in Commerce with Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
