Vince is a partner at APOYO Consultoría and leader of the Economic Consulting unit. He is a specialist in economic analysis related to damage quantification and antitrust law. He has experience in the preparation of economic and damage reports in several sectors, including transportation, infrastructure, retail, energy, mining, industry, health, and finance, among others. He acts as an expert witness before arbitration courts and various regulatory authorities. He has a master’s degree in economics and finance from the London School of Economics. He has been a postgraduate professor at the Universidad Pacífico, he has been a postgraduate professor at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and he has taught university extension courses at Indecopi and Ositran.

Vincent holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in Commerce with Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
